WHAT DID THAT SAY???

Yes don't worry I didn't just put the word "sex" in the title to get people to see this blog (bit it worked I know).

So about a week ago I was at practice talking with a few teammates and we were debating whether or not having sex the night before affects your performance. Well, I did a little research and found out that it does NOT affect your performance. It might be different for each individual but for the most part it doesn't affect you.
